Verify Residency

All students are required to verify their address with the Registrar’s office to ensure correct tuition rates. For more information, visit our Residency Information page, email records@kellogg.edu or call 269-965-5522.

In order to register for classes, please submit one of the following documents. If using one of the options without picture ID, you must also include a picture ID. This is to establish address verification. You may submit this in person at any of the KCC campuses. 

Acceptable documentation for establishing and proving your address must be current and are as follows: 

  • Valid driver's license
  • Valid State ID card
  • Voter registration card
  • Lease agreement showing your name as an occupant
  • Business mail received in your name at the stated address within the last 30 days
  • Student, please note:
    • You should be prepared to prove your legal address at each registration.
    • Your address must be established before you can register for classes.
    • A change in address may be made at any registration site.
    • A change in address requires documentation as shown above and may be made at any registration site.
    • When address discrepancies are found, your address status will be flagged and your tuition rate will automatically be adjusted.

Step 1: Go to www.kellogg.edu and click on the Bruin Portal login button

Step 2: Login using your KCC email address (k0452234@kellogg.edu) and Password

Step 3: Locate and click on the eForms button

Step 4:  On the left side of the screen:

  1. Click on Forms
  2. Select RG - Address Verification in the middle column
  3. Then on the far right verify your address
  4. If your address is not correct, scroll down to update address

Step 5: Option to add a new Mobile or Home phone number, enter your external non-kcc email (AOL, iCloud, Gmail, Yahoo etc.) this will be used for recovering your password. This way you will be able to reset your own password.

Step 6:  Upload a file (image/picture) Accepted Files types: .jpg, .tif, .pdf, .xps, .jpeg, .png, .tiff, .bmp, .gif

  1. Click on Attachments
  2. Select Upload Files
  3. Locate the file and click on it
  4. Select Open

 Step 7:  Click on the Submit button at the bottom of the page. You do have an option to Download or Print.
